Day 3: A day in Macau

Without Itinerary Planned, my family kept on changing its plan. My dear mummy didn't want to go to Macau initially. I didn't object. Just like I said, I am just gonna go with the flow and let the family take control. Well, we did end up in Macau with devastating result on my side.

We had McDonald's for breakfast. I love this free happy meal toy. I was trying to copy the toy but couldn't. I wasn't chinky enough.

St. Paul Ruins. To go to the Ruins, take the number 3 bus. Get off the bus when you see the big pink building. Sorry, I am not very helpful with directions. Everything is walking distance from there. We paid, 3.40 Macau Money each person.

"Off to the Ruins", cried Dolly.

Whenever I think of HK/China, I think of these. My sister thought that all houses look like temples. Hahaha! Did I tell you that I love China Towns? I didn't see China Town in HK. LOL!!!

Macau's Christmas Spirit. I wish I can something like this in our apartment.

They haven't finished decorating but I must take photos. I even cross the red "do not enter" line for this shot.

After the Ruins and the tourist spots, we went to the Casino. Casinos are not to be missed. Its what Macau is most famous for. We went to Venetian, famous for its fascade and location for boys over flower scene. Oh, my asian loves.

On our way home, we were able to watch a free light show in HardRock Hotel. The show runs every 30 minutes from 12noon to 7PM. It was very convincing. It scared my dear sister. She gets easily scared anyway. It is a must see for kids and kids at heart. I am a retard so I enjoyed it, BIG TIME! :)

Macau is an hour away with Turbo Jet from Macau Ferry Terminal. The fare is cheaper on Weekdays and in the Mornings. We paid, 134 HK Dollar to Macau and 176 HK Dollar from Macau for each person. The ferry leaves every 30 minutes til 5AM. I think, If I am not mistaken, they have a 24 hours service. If you want to go to the Venetian, they have a free shuttle bus from the Airport. They must have one if they want more people to go to their Casino cause Grand Lisboa is just a stone throw away from the Ferry. We didn't know they have one until we went to the HardRock Hotel. That's where we took the Shuttle Bus to the Pier.

I got sick on our way to HK. The current was unbelievably crazy that night. I was feeling okay the whole time until I saw someone threw up. I was ill the whole evening but I still manage to eat a Chocolate Pie from Mc Donald's. What a fatty!!!
