Project Ailema: Weight Loss

I recognised that my body is not how it used to be.  I've gone 2 dresses up, from Size 0 to Size 8-10 UK.  I am not loving it and I must do something about.  Today I am starting my 2 times a day Quaker Oats Challenge. I must eat oat meal Morning and Night then have whatever lunch I want. Will do this work a week with cycling.  We'll see if this diet works.  Will document everything here.  Wish me luck people!(or pray for me.  I need Divine Intervention now)  :)
