family bonding

JR, Karen and I ended up on an overnight trip to Marinduque.  Mum was supposed to come with us but dad requested for her to stay with him.  My dad's condition have worsen dramatically since last week.  I asked mum if we too should stay behind but she told us to go.  It was after all, my grandma's 89th birthday.

It's almost Christmas and was happy to see my mum's side of the family.  It was also my first time to meet my niece, Lizzie and my cousin Eric's girlfriend.  There is an upcoming Christmas Party too but we decided not to join.  This is definitely dad's last year and we wanted to be together for our last family photo.  

Realisations from this trip:


1.  Make the most out of the short trip to bond with family members.
2.  Buy a new bikini cause the old one doesn't suit me.  Hahahaha!
