I am nothing like my sister.  We are very dissimilar in so many ways apart from our love of designer handbags.  Everything that I like, she disapproves and vice versa.  It's like being with Luke all over again.  LOL!  My sister and I would always fight growing up.  Now she has grown(if this is the right word, she is barely 5 feet tall) into a sophisticated lady.  She have a very expensive taste.  More expensive than I do.  She just recently purchased a Damier Canvas LV Neverfull.  I am so envious.  Few years back, prior to recession when Neverfull bags are £100 cheaper, I wanted to buy one instead, I got a YSL Medium Majorelle.  Twice more than an LV and heavier!  Anyway, my sis, I hope you take care of your bag properly and I hope the patina age well.  You know the state my Monogram Canvas Speedy 35 is in.

Longchamp Le Pliage

I joined the Le Pliage bandwagon.  :)

I love designer handbags, I won't deny that.  My obsession started when a friend who was working in Manila asked me to get her a speedy in the UK.  Before then, spending hundreds of pounds in a handbag is a crazy idea for me.  I purchased a LV Speedy 35 and I was hooked!  My ex boyfriend fed my addiction by giving a Coach Hamptons Signature Stripe Large Carryall Handbag

and for my 23rd, I gifted myself with YSL Medium Majorelle.  The craziness continues in the family when my sister bought a Gucci Joy Medium Boston bag (Pink Crystal Logo Collection) for her 18th bday and is planning to buy a LV Neverfull PM.

I love the low maintenance quality of Le Pliage.  I am prone to staining bags.  I spilt orange juice on LV, pancake syrup on coach and chocolate on YSL.  :(  Caring for Le Pliage is easy, soap and water can be used on the stains.  Did I add that it is waterproof as well?  :)

I got my Coach Bag in White and YSL in Black.  I wish I went for Magenta YSL now.  Note to self, don't listen to boys when purchasing a bag.  :P

BV broke my heart

I left my home with high hopes that I will be able to take home a new baby. I spotted a Mulberry Bayswater Bag in Plum about a month ago and didn't buy it straightaway, a. cause I don't want to buy on an impulse. b. I have a rule that my bank balance shouldn't go under ££££. c. CREDIT CRUNCH - this has a big impact on my spending. Guess what happened? It was out of stock. I was gutted. It cost me at least £15 to go there(not including food) and 3 hours travelling and waiting time both ways. As they always say, charge to experience.
