Filo Christmas Party 2010

This would be my third time celebrating Christmas in the UK.  The first one was in 2006 when my family moved here and my brod visited us and the second one was in 2008 when we celebrated it with the Bautistas, that was their first Christmas in the UK too as husband and wife.  They will have a baby in 4 months time.  :)  I don't know when the big filo party started.  I am pretty sure that we were there when it all began.  Like I said before, my mum is one of the first FW Filo employee.

I just remembered why I love the UK in the winter - they have non-stop Christmas Dos.  I am someone who loves to party with people that mattered to me.

The day started very wholesome.  We played 2 rounds of bowling.  I did horribly.  I only scored 72/75 I think this time while Riza, one of the lowest scorer from the last time had 100 at least each set.  She now believed that I was lucky the last time and it wasn't really my bowling skills.  She even had a "turkey".

From bowling, we went to JLS house for lunch then we started with the games.  I didn't see the "adult" games coming.  What I didn't realise is that, the Christmas Party is also Melissa and Mans' Pre-Wedding Party.  They are getting married in a month.  Congratulations!

The first game was stop dance with a twist.  You play song, you dance through the song and you grab the nearest "banana" that you will find.  I was in the semi finals but the experienced won in the end.  Judith was able to grab the banana with her both hands.  Tita Elvie was not quick enough.

The second game was for couples only.  3 couples were selected, blindfolded and where asked to sucked something without them knowing what it is.  I was dying of laughter seeing them suck the lolly shaped like d*ck.

We've gone wholesome from there.  Marion and Ted made a video for Melissa and Mans which made almost everyone cry.  Mans was sobbing and he was sitting next to me.  I get carried away easily and was crying the moment I heard him cry.  We played Pinoy Henyo same as the filo guessing game show.  My team came in fourth and there were only 4 groups.  Hahaha!  Then we exchanged gifts.  We were only allowed to buy a £2 gift.  I bought a salt and pepper shaker from TK Maxx and got a frame and tray in return.  We left just before 8PM as the choir needs to go to English Martyrs to practice for the Christmas Choir at St. James.  I now got the proper time, it's on at 7PM on the 16 of December.  See you all there!

I've never seen anyone cleaning the bowling alley.  I was amazed with the specialised vacuum.
This was one of the games.  Unfortunately, I can't upload the other kinky game.
Sam in sea of gifts.
My salt and pepper gift set.  It took me two hours to find it!!!
The gift that I received.
